
Scott Stengel
Attorney
Scott graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He then earned his Master’s degree in Legal, Ethical, and Historical Studies from the University of Baltimore, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
During law school, Scott worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Laura S. Ripken in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He was also a member of the Saul Ewing Civil Advocacy Clinic where he represented low income individuals as a student attorney.
Prior to joining McGowan & Cecil, Scott worked as a staff litigation attorney for a large insurance company.
