Our client was a passenger on a boat that crashed into a seawall at night. The collision caused severe injuries to our client. We obtained a policy limits award of $250,000.00.

Our client was waiting to merge onto MD 100. The Defendant was exiting MD 100 when he lost control of his vehicle and struck the driver's side of client's vehicle. Client sustained a concussion and a Type 2 Slap tear of his left shoulder that required surgery.

Our client was stopped for traffic on 495 when she was rear-ended by a commerical truck. The client sustained permanent thoracic and lumbar strains with L2-L5 disk bulges/protrusions.

Air bag struck elderly client causing serious injury to the chest area. Suit filed.
